Deleted free HubSpot account – urgent data loss, need confirmation of recovery options

Hello,

My name is Rodrigo, and I accidentally deleted our company’s free HubSpot account, which contained two years of lead and CRM data. I've been informed there's no recovery possible, but I’d like to kindly request a final review to confirm whether any partial record, cache, or backup remains.

This account was essential for our sales process, as it was linked to Meta Ads and handled daily lead distribution. We fully understand the limitations of the free version, but given the impact of this incident, we’d appreciate one final review.

The email associated with the account was: rodrigo.cicero@grupotikal.com

Hi @RCicero,

 

As far as I know, your only chance is submitting the form at the end of this page. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

 

The form is meant for recovering inactive accounts that were deactivated but maybe you're lucky. Fingers crossed.

 

If you have already been informed that no recovery is possible, then I would assume that this information is, unfortunately, correct / permanent.
