Delete User account
SOLVE
Hi @AnneSm You can use the workflow tool to bulk reassign contacts.
1. Create a standard workflow with an enrollment criteria of Contact Property > HubSpot owner > is any of and include the name of the user you wish to delete. Trigger the workflow automatically and save.
2. Click Add an Action
3. Scroll down to Contact Properties and select Set Contact Property Value
4. Click the Select a Property dropdown menu and select HubSpot Owner
5. Under New Property Value select the new user to own the contact.
6. Save and activate the workflow
7. Repeat this process for transferring ownership of companies and deals (if necessary).
Once you've completed these steps you can delete the non-active user.
Thank you,
Ed Justen

Hi @Gautier Deleteing account users does not impact contacts/companies/deals assigned to those users. Once you've deleted the user though, those objects will not be re-assigned until you've gone through and reassigned them manually.
Thank you,
Ed Justen
