Decimals no longer appearing on properties set as number

Hi,

As of Saturday, the deal properties we have set up with number fields are no longer allowin the addition of decimals.

This is useful as we use this for a minute value for work for another team so is required.

For our team is working on the app front end but when we export the values they still appear with the (,) and (.) inverted.

@Andjara, @DarrenS1985 @Petroni I have received confirmation from the HubSpot Support Team that this issue has been resolved. Please let me know if you are still seeing an error.

After further evaluation we noticed that the problem was not completelly solved.

It's working in the front end of the app but when you export the data the value is exported with (,) and (.) inverted for the thousand / decimal indicators as our language selection (Brazil R$).

It was working correctly in the past.

@Andjara, @Petroni the product team confirmed that this issue is not directly related to the orginal bug and fix. I have made them aware of the export behaviour and they are looking into this as a separate case. I will keep you posted here as updates become available to me.

@Petroni @Andjara this second issue should now be resolved. Please make sure that the property/column you are exporting has "Unformatted Number" checkbox checked off in property settings.

We checked here and the problem is not solved or is half-solved.

The exported values still displaying right but exporting inverted with dots (".") as decimals indicators instead of commas (",") as it should be for our currency (Brazilian Reals R$).

We did not find where should we verify the: ""Unformatted Number" checkbox checked" you mentioned.

We are talking about the "amount" field of Deals which is an internal field which users do not have rights to modify.

Hello @Petroni, @Andjara thanks for letting me know. I can confirm the product team deployed a second fix but I want to make absolutely sure.

Can you please confirm if a) this is still happening, if so can you please confirm your HUB ID and send an email to community@hubspot.com with your CSV exports attached and links to the records in-app.

Did you get any reply from you dev team?

The problem persists here.

Numerical values still displayed as x.xxx,xx in the browser but are exported as xxxx.xx with a (".") in the place of the (",").

I sent you my user ID and also some sample files in the past but did not receive any reply about this issue for a week now.

My current settings still:

Idioma = Português

Moeda = Brazilian reals (R$)

Formato data / número = Brasil

The problem stills the same.

This happens with any kind of export from Deals for all the records!

In the deal listing, the amount field (internal field which we can not alter) is displayed correctly with thousand separator indicated as (".") as decimals separator as (",").

But when exported the thousand separator disappears and the decimal separator is exported as (".") instead of (",").

My ID is 4131925.

Here still the same. The problem for me is thar in the platform the number proprerties has a, for example, "0,8" format but when I export it there is a "0.8" format. Before these changes in Hubspot it was working fine.

Não, por aqui continuo com o mesmo problema. Tive que tratar na mão para conseguir usar no meu BI.

Eu tentei até mudar as configurações do meu Excel mas sem sucesso.

Caso consiga algum retorno me avise.

@Petroni, @Andjara, @DarrenS1985 apologies for the delay in my follow up. I can confirm that the Product team are aware of this discrepancy and are actively working to resolve. I will keep you posted as I receive updates but at this time cannot confirm an ETA for a fix.
