SOLVE

Hi there, 

 

Unfortunately my account has been de-activated due to inactivity. I received an email prompt on 10/14/2018 and wasn't able to log in because I was out of the country. Would there be any way to please, please re-activate my account? 

 

I am using another email address because I could not log in with my original one.

Account: raine.com

 

We are in the process of getting a CRM and this was one of the ones being considered, so it would be extremely helpful to get this account re-activated.

I was able to identify the account that was deactivated due to an extended period of inactivity (210 days).

Due to the length of time the account has been inactive, it has been removed from HubSpot's records and cannot be restored. 

If you would like to start using HubSpot again, you can create a new free account here.

I am reaching out as I had the same issue with a few accounts for myself and my friends.

 

My accounts: 3424875 (Jeff@nomo-fomo.com), 1432884 (jswalsh84@gmail.com) and then one for adelaida@nomo-fomo.com which I can't find the ID for. 

 

Can you help with reactivating them? 

 

Had to create a new account just to post this.
