Customize the "from" field of a channel that is set up as a team email? Office 365

I have set up a team email like sales@company.com through Office 365. Unfortunately I can't customize the "from" field, which means, no matter who sends an email through the conversation inbox it always shows the company name.

Looking at the Hubspot-Fallback-E-Mail there is a setting to customize the from adress, so that it looks like "Yusuf from Company X".

I know that the fallback email is hosted by Hubspot and the Office 365 is not. But how would Microsoft know who is sending an E-Mail in Hubspot? I don't get it.

Is there a way?
