Custom property limit

Hi HubSpot, 

Currently we have 600 property. To track individual form source, I need to create the following 9 property as below for all 70 forms. This is due to current HubSpot limitation in reporting. However, it is my understanding that we are limited to 1000 custom property and if i create these property, i will exceed this limit. How do i increase this current limit? Please advice. 

1. Latest source (FORM name)
2. Latest source campaign
3. Latest source medium
4. latest source date
5. first source
6. first source campaign
7. first source medium
8. first source date
9. total form submitted for (FORM name)

Hi @DGanasan,

1,000 custom properties per object is a technical limit, see here: https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog

If you're interested in more, I'd recommend you reach out to your HubSpot sales representative and check whether this limit can be increased.

I wonder however if you're potentially over-extending for a reporting question. If you need each and every of these 9 fields separately for each form in reports, then you're on the right track. It's ambitious and very detailed but, depending on the volume of form submissions, might be overengineered. You have more context of your reporting requirements, of course.
