Custom Reporting Glitches: Hubspot Rep Not Responding

We've been paying for Hubspot since early 2018 and worked with a Hubspot agency partner to set everything up. When we left that partner, we were given a Hubspot rep who we are supposed to connect with periodically to go over support issues and big picture strategy. Since about November, we've had a terrible time connecting with our rep and meetings are constantly canceled or skipped.
Our larger problem is that we are paying for custom reporting and have yet to build custom reports that truly work for our sales reps. There are glitches in sorting and filtering, company and contact data fields don't speak to each other, exports are missing data, etc.
My question is---has anyone in the community worked with a Hubspot reporting expert we might be able to work with on a regular basis to build these out? It's cumbersome to put in a ticket every time we find a glitch, which seems to be daily. We really love the intuitiveness of Hubspot for our sales reps, but building what they need in the back end has been awful (and we had a bad experience with our HS agency partner, so we're not looking to go that route right now).
