Custom Fields on Manage Subscription Pages

Hello! 

I am looking to build a custom manage subscription page where our contacts can modify their preferences regarding which email marketing lists they are added to. We are a manufacturing company, and have far too many options to create separate subscription types for each list. 

We currently utilize custom contact and company fields to call out the different segments / classifications and use those fields to roll contats into the appropriate lists.

I am not savy with code. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
