Currency isn't displaying correctly?

Hi,

 

I have set the currency to British Pounds under Settings / Account Defaults / General Info.

However, under Sales / Deals. The amounts still display as Dollars?

Although the total columns do have British Pounds?

 

I have cleared my browser cache and viewed via a different browser. The issue is still occurs.

Hi @granttransition,

 

Did you update the currency in your portal after creating some of the deals? The behavior I am seeing only changes the currency for new deals after you make the currency switch. 

 

Please let me know if you are seeing something different on your end.

Hii there,

 

If the newly added currecy is the only currency of your HubSpot account and is the default one ( no other currencies are added ), then after the currency change, deals must have got updated or you can change the deal currency forcefully from the deal details page.

 

If you have more than one currency added, then you need to specify the deal currency.
