Currency Bug

Hi, I have my currency set to South African Rands, but half my deals are showing in USD and half in ZAR. When I try to quote, it now is making my quote USD. I am unable to quote because everything is reverting to USD.

You can see the below screenshot of the deals.

I have cleared my cache multiple times, I have reset the currency and nothing helps.

Hello @NHiestermann, thank you for posting in our Community!

I wanted to check if there is any different behavior done when creating the deals that show as US dollars. For example, are the deals created via automation, via mobile, or manually on desktop?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Currency Bug

Hi Pam
The deals were already there and then changed to USD, so sometimes I will
create a new deal and it’s in ZAR and sometimes it goes into USD.
This wasn’t an issue previously because my quotes were in ZAR but now
suddenly it makes the quotes in USD.

It seems this happened, when I changed my currency to USD a few months ago
to do one quote in USD. I then changed it back to ZAR and it’s never gone
back
