We subscribed and paid a year in advance for CRM Starter with 3 seats at the end of March. At the end of June, we unexpectedly received a credit and a refund, with the money back in our account. We have no idea why this happened.
My questions are:
Have you encountered any similar situations?
What could have caused this, and is there any way I made a mistake?

P.S. I am currently trying to get a response from support, but the case is bouncing between sales, support, and billing. I'm under pressure to get this sorted out, so any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @proofit this is certainly strange, hopefully you hear back from HubSpot directly soon. Is there anyone else on your team who might've initiated the cancellation? have you checked with all of your internal super admins/billing users?

hi @Jnix284, i checked the audit logs and only that colleague of mine was in the account who has no access to change any billing details, etc. thanks for your comment!
