Creating vs Logging Meetings

I am having an issue here where any time one of our BDRs creates a meeting everything is good and it is easily tracked.  Thats the ideal situation, there are other times when we have an offline source of a meeting that we then want to Log in the CRM for tracking purposes.  The only issue is that the logged meeting returns an "Unkown Meeting (record id)" property that I'll attach below.  I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or if there is a quick fix that I am missing in settings.  ThanksScreenshot 2025-12-02 at 3.44.12 PM.png

There is some crucial context missing here:

  1. What's the difference in how BDRs create the meetings when things work well and when they don't? Can you share screenshots of these two differents methods of meeting logging?
  2. What do you mean by "offline source of a meeting"?
  3. Where exactly is that screenshot taken?

Thank you Seala, It looks like there are others looking for this same functionality. I posted something in the idea thread. Many times I have had to create applications myself using the API or find workarounds with the Workflows so this would be a great feature to add and make using the product more seamless.
