Creating additional accounts with same email

Hi, I have been using Hubspot for one company. I now want to use Hubspot for a completely unrelated, second company so I can use both accounts.

How can I do this with my existing login?

Hi @singleton

To create a new HubSpot Portal (account) with your email address:

1. login into HubSpot (https://app.hubspot.com/myaccounts-beta)

2. click on this link: https://app.hubspot.com/signup/crm/step/existing-user

3 . choose "Create account with a new user" and follow the bouncing ball.

Have fun

Mike

Hi Sharon,

I'm facing the same issue above where I can not create a new account because I already have an account registered with the same email. Any suggestions?

Hi @singleton

It's easy to set up a new HubSpot Portal with the same email address. Or, if there's an existing HubSpot Portal you can send an inivtation to join that HubSpot Portal with the same email address.

Then, you'll have access to an account switcher on the top right menu (below profile and preferences).

Have fun

Mike

This does not work as of Jan 2025. Sends you an email that says you already have an account.

Step 3 is incorrect. You should select "Use current user". Then Step 4 would be "Create a new account"

Hi Mike,

your suggestion does not work for me - I fill in the new account details and get the message I already have an account.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
