Creating a new account with an email associated with a deactivated account
SOLVE
i am trying to create an account but the email was added as an user to another account and then the user was deleted before accepting the invite. Now i am unable to use the email to create a separate account. how can the admin of the previous account be helpful in such situation. Can they remove the email from Hubspot?
HubSpot recognizes this as a different email address. Gmail will receive emails normally.
And, this works if you use a custom domain with Gmail too.
