Creating a Sales Director role in Hubspot

I've recently joined a small business using Hubspot for Sales / CRM and have joined as the Sales Director / Head of Sales. Never used Hubspot before. There's no "manager" role defined in our Hubspot setup, so I appear as another AE in the forecast tool. I want to be able to do roll up forecasting as the Head of Sales so the combined number appears in my name, but I don't know how to create a Sales Director "role" in Hubspot that all of the AE users will roll into. Can anyone point me to the right article etc.?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  

The user hierarchy in HubSpot is permission-based (super admins vs. users with limited permissions) and doesn't support rollups when it comes to reporting or forecasting.

Teams, however, allow you to organize users into groups for organizational and reporting purposes. You can find a more detailed instruction on how to create Teams and a team hierarchy  in this Knowledge base article.

After your team hierarchy is set up in Users & Teams, you can toggle to "Team view" in the Forecast app to roll up forecasting.
