It would be great to be able to add calls properties. For now, we can create properties for contacts, companies, and other objects, but not for calls, which is a shame.
I'd like more functionality in Calls too, including visibility in Company Views (we work at company level more than contact level), custom properties, ability to use more than just 'first created, most recently created, most recently updated' in workflows.
Our sales reps would like to see 'call outcome = interested (or others)" in the Company View to aid in prospecting efforts.
Totally agree! We have a bunch of custom properties on the call object in our current CRM to track different types of calls. We'll lose all this insight when migrating 😕
The call type feauture is very limited; would be great to have an Call object like any other to customise, so that I can define internal names (like a dropdown).
Are we able to use the call outcomes in filtered contact views? For example I'd like to create a list of those contacts who have had the call outcome of Interested in the last month. I know that we can do that in the call tracking view, but is it possible to make the call outcome a contact property to be able to see that on a contact level?
