Does anybody know what the termination period is on a renewal contract? We have just started a new period/year on auto-renewal but want to switch to different CRM. Is it just 1 billing period?

You can check your renewal date by clicking your user photo on the upper right of the screen and then Account & Billing. In this overview, you should see the renewal dates for the products you're currently using.
This is also where you can upgrade or cancel your subscriptions.
