It looks like you have this setting enabled:
If you don't want companies to update contact lifecycle stages, you need to disable this setting.

Hi @AppuMurugan,
There are a variety of reasons why this might be happening.
Can you navigate to a contact where this is happening, find the Lifecycle stage field, hover your mouse over it and click Details? The right sidebar will open and you'll see a change history. Please share the screenshot here.
