Contacts Life cycle stage

Once I import some leads in HubSpot it will automatically change its lifecycle stage (Lead to Customer) on some day. May I why is this happening?

Hi @AppuMurugan,

There are a variety of reasons why this might be happening.

Can you navigate to a contact where this is happening, find the Lifecycle stage field, hover your mouse over it and click Details? The right sidebar will open and you'll see a change history. Please share the screenshot here.

Hi @AppuMurugan,

It looks like you have this setting enabled:

If you don't want companies to update contact lifecycle stages, you need to disable this setting.
