Contacts in Hubspot have been deleted and we are unable to establish why and how. We find that contacts we have associated with a deal seems to have lost. All contact notes, tasks associated with the contact are all gone and we haven't been able to receive much assistance from Hubspot, cause we only use a free account. Can anyone help?
Do you have integrations (Settings > Connected apps > Integrations) that could have made changes to records?
Are you still seeing other records / are only contacts gone? Or is everything gone? If it's the latter, are others in your company experiencing the same or only you?
Best regards

Yes, solved. I had not lost the contacts, just I wasn't seeing them all. Somehow I had pressed something that made it so I only saw the contacts that I had created, not all contacts that everyone using the CRM had created. I fixed this by checking all contacts in "contact owner", third line down on left in "contacts"
We have experienced the same thing and the contacts aren't in deleted and I'm a super admin so not a premission issue. The deals are still there but all contact information has just disappeared. Any other ideas what could have happened? Is it maybe a hubspot bug?

I have had the same issue as above with contacts associtated with deals being completely erased and not in the deleted bin even though the deal was still there. Are there any other solutions other than the questions posted above?
