Contact information not visible to developer

How I can assure that any contact or company information is not visible to a freelancer developer who I need to give access to our HubSpot for website development?

Hi @RT1,

In the HubSpot user settings, you can restrict this user's contact access to "owned only", excluding unassigned objects: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#object-access

This is what you want the settings for this person to look like:

I'd recommend you also review the other settings. You can restrict access for tools as well.
