Connect Microsoft 365 email

SOLVE

Hi, I previously used an Imap e-mail account as my personal email in hubspot. To improve deliverability, I now switched over to a Microsoft 365 email account (same exact e-mail adress). I've deleted the Imap and installed the Microsoft 365 email as my personal e-mail in Hubspot. Hubspot says it's connected, but I tested it and get a e-mail in my inbox saying that the e-mail can't be delivered.

Also tried deleting en re-installing the e-mail account, but no luck.
When I try to re-install, now it only asks to log in to my microsoft 365 account, so no other steps are shown, I don't know if that's the problem?

Hi @MDeruyck,

Under Settings, General, Email, be sure that you completely remove the old email connection there vs disabling it. Connect it again and when you do, you should see this:

If you do not see that, click I want to choose my email provider myself.

From here, you should select Microsoft Outlook, and it should prompt you to log in to your 365 account.

If you already made it through all of those steps, I would suggest removing the account again, clearing cache, and then re-connecting.

Based on your last question, it sounds like it might be the expected behavior and you just need to complete the authentication process by logging into 365.

Hi Josh, I've tried this.
Also revoked app permisions to the Hubspot app in microsoft 365.

Re-installed the e-mail adress and got the screens that you showed, but it's still not working.
