Connect Email Account (window does not open)

Hello, we could not connect our email account because the window where we will do the setup does not open (see here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8un9n2r )

 

The support could not help us so far! 

We are working on google chrome browser

 

We tried: 

- Clear Cache

- Use other browser (Safari, Firefox)

- add another user and try from this other account

- try from another device

 

Did anyone have this issue before?

Hi @FAYKE,

 

Can you please confirm this issue occurs for multiple users? Additionally, if you can please share what versions of Safari and Firefox you tested this in, that would be great!

 

Finally, if you can please collect a har file of this behavior, that would be great!

@FAYKE I noticed your CRM in the video is not in English. What country are you in and what language are you using?
