Changing the locale of an account

Hi,

I sighned to Hubsport from France and despite changing the language to english the account level i still get some services in French (chat with Hubspot for example). 

Does anyone know how to update this?

Hey there JP- Happy to take a look at this.

As well as going into Settings -> Account Defaults to change the Language to English, have you also got your Settings -> Basic Info language set to English as well? That may be the cause of it.

Hi, thanks! Yes i have done that and also update my own preference to English.
