Changing email for super admin

SOLVE

Hi

 

I'm the super admin person on our CRM account.

We have recently changed company emails and I've managed to change them for all other users but can't seem to change mine?

 

All I need to do is change my email address, not transfer accounts/contacts etc as I'm admin not sales user

 

Any ideas? Thanks

SOLVE

Hi @charliebath  You won't be able to change the email in your user settings. Instead, you will have to create a new user with the new email address, and transfer any owned contacts to the new user.

Hi ; I made a typo mistake on my email when I creating my account  I cant verify my email

I create another user for myself but I cant deliver to super admin role because I could not able to confirm as a super admin what is best solution for this..

SOLVE

I have this same issue except I am leavingmy current company. I prefer not to see my former company's email. Should I open a completely new account and migrate everything over?
