I have changed some properties in deals and contacts for better reporting and filtering. These changes haven't updated for other team members, just on my own Hubspot.
We are using the free version. Can I extend these changes to others? The Manage Access tab is locked - is there another way around it?
Thanks - yes I have added a few fields and created a few new properties to the create a deal form so that these fields appear when I enter a New Deal and I can better filter quarterly reports. See how they appear in the deal window below:
The last few - Public/ Private, Sector and Services I added. These final three properties are not showing on anyone else's Create a Deal form or Deal view.
Thanks for your assistance. The steps you shared seem to relate to deal record view and in the first instance my issue is with the Edit Deal Form. I am starting the think that the changes I made cannot be viewed by others because I am on the free version. I never seem to be given the option to assign users or permissions. The form I amended is below for your reference:
@GFoulds you hadn't mentioned the create record form before and shared a screenshot of the left record sidebar – generally, the create record form should display the same for all users. Could you please share a screenshot of a user seeing different fields – after clearing cache / cookies in their browser?

What exactly do you mean when you say you changed some properties? Did you rename them? Did you place them in the left record sidebar? Did you create a filtered view and added them as columns?
The more detail you share, the better I'll be able to help.
