I have set up an account for my client, using my own email address so that I can check it all works, etc., however, now I want to remove myself completely from the account and put her down as the super user, it won't let me, saying that she already has an account.
She did try to set one up, didn't finish it and we have closed that down completely (typed delete, etc.,), we've even tried logging in again and getting a new password just in case, it's saying there is no account under that email address.
Thank you, it's let me add her, but is still saying there is another account. We've tried resetting the password for this 'other' account, but it then says there isn't an account - it's very strange.
Thank you, I will give this a go, been trying everything. It's saying that she already has an account, but we closed it so that is the problem I think - we can't log onto it any more either so it's definitely closed? I'll give this a try though, thanks again.
