I have the same issue. The super admin is no longer with our company, hence I can't add new super admins. Due to our free account, we can't reach out to Hubspot for this. Could we get assistance on this matter?
The first step here would be to work with your IT team to reactivate or gain access to the email address of the existing Super Admin. You can then go through the reset password flow to gain access to the account in order to add, edit or remove users. It is technically possible for your IT/email administrator to access the former user's inbox, even if that inbox has been removed or the employee has left.
No, the problem is that I am not Super Admin! so there is no possibility for me to change automously the status. And it his way lots of functions of the account are not allowed to me!
