Change Super Admin

SOLVE

Hello,

 

Super Admin no longer work for the company, so I need to change it, but I don't have password of is account. What I should do?

I have the same issue. The super admin is no longer with our company, hence I can't add new super admins. Due to our free account, we can't reach out to Hubspot for this. Could we get assistance on this matter?

Hi @HIP 

 

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

The first step here would be to work with your IT team to reactivate or gain access to the email address of the existing Super Admin. You can then go through the reset password flow to gain access to the account in order to add, edit or remove users. It is technically possible for your IT/email administrator to access the former user's inbox, even if that inbox has been removed or the employee has left.

I would contact Hubspot directly through their chat support. They would be the only option with the authority to remove an inactive super admin.

No, the problem is that I am not Super Admin! so there is no possibility for me to change automously the status. And it his way lots of functions of the account are not allowed to me!

Would you mind reaching out to HubSpot Support via chat, email, or phone? You should have access through your account ending in 8501. They will be able to help process your request, even if the Hub ID in question has a Free subscription.

It seems that the only Super Admin of your account has left the company and you cannot edit it.
