We have one email login under my name, but being used by the office (4 other users) all of whom have their own name on the system.
However, whenever creating a 'task' etc. they have to manually change the name of the assigned person... is there not a way to log in independantly so we can all use our own account but with access to the same customer info etc?
Also under 'notes' the assigned name cannot be changed at all
You and four other users are logging into your HubSpot account with the same email address and password? If that's the case, I'd recommend you create new user accounts for those four other people: Add and remove users You can add as many users as you want for free. Everyone would log in with their own credentials.
By default, these people should be able to see the same records, so this would fit your requirement. You can always make adjustments to the access permissions however, if needed.
(If you're sharing an account so that you don't have to purchase additional sales seats, then you'll have to decide for one or the other.)
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

I didn't get it, if all other four users have their name on the system (I' am considering you add them as user) then why not lohin by their own user name? If they will login from their acc, they don't have to assign the task to themselves manually. By defualt it will be assigned to them only.
