Cannot reset password on my inactivity account

Hi there,

 

I am trying to reset my previous account (x) which would be inactive so I went again to reset my password but I never got any reset password email.

 

Meanwhile, I got a Welcome to HubSpot email and when I tried to login, it asked me to reset my password.

 

Please advise and help

Cannot reset password on my inactivity account

Checked with our IT department and seems the email was blocked and has since unblocked!
