Cannot connect to domain of a deleted account

I cannot connect to a domain due to error: This domain was added by another HubSpot customer.

Unfortunately, I cannot access to my old account (22267871) that has connected to the domain (as describe in https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/error-this-domain-was-added-by-another-hubspot-custom...) because I have commpletely deleted that account and the user manage it.

 

How can I reuse my domain?

  • Your email address and HubID of your current account.
  • The domain you're trying to connect.
  • A screenshot of the error.

Thank you for reaching out to me.


My current account is 23881778.

I would like to connect to the domain www.tinhvi.vn<>.

But it was already connected to my old (deleted) accounts:

* 22267871
* 22306442
* 23874010
* 23880916
* 22306442
* 23881278

I don't remember which account had connected to that domain.



The error message and screenshot are exactly same as https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/error-this-domain-was-added-by-another-hubspot-custom... (I can't provide my real screenshot because I had connected to another domain www.tinhvi.tech<>.)

If the problem cannot be resolved right now, I would like to know how long a deleted account will actually be deleted and all its connected domain will be released.
