Cannot connect meetings in Sales Settings

Just tried to connect my outlook calendar with HubSpot but I get the error below stating my email is connected as a team inbox - can anyone explain how I can change this to an individual account and then add another email address as a team...thanks

Hi @yellowbrick,

 

You can disconnect your inbox from HubSpot by following the steps outlined here.

 

Once you've disconnected the shared inbox, you can reconnect it as an individual inbox.

hello @jennysowyrda ,

 

I have the same problem, but in my case, the team email is also the salesperson email. We do this because it is a small company and the team email is used to contact our clients.

 

How can we do this?
