Just tried to connect my outlook calendar with HubSpot but I get the error below stating my email is connected as a team inbox - can anyone explain how I can change this to an individual account and then add another email address as a team...thanks

You can disconnect your inbox from HubSpot by following the steps outlined here.
Once you've disconnected the shared inbox, you can reconnect it as an individual inbox.
