Cannot add new user

Hello,

 

I have 2 sales reps I want to add.  I was able to add one, but not the 2nd.

When I try adding the 2nd one, I enter their email, and click the next button, then select their permissions, but when I click send (to send the invite), nothing happens, and there is no pending notification or error message.

Hi @Scott360 

 

Have you already tried clearing your cache or using another browser? Sometimes the web app can get caught up for no obvious reason.
