Cannot See My Pipeline

My colleague and I have developed a sales pipeline.

 

We both have full administrative access to the account.

 

However: I all of a sudden cannot see the pipeline, while my colleague can.

 

I confirmed we had the same account number. I simply cannot see the pipeline. I am even able to make changes to the pipeline when I go through my settings, and save the changes. 

 

Please help

Cannot See My Pipeline

Hey there,

 

When you access the deals section, are you able to view the pipeline as an option on the dropdown menu above the pipeline? (It should be beside where it sales "Deals" on the top left of your screen). If it is there, it's possible that you are using different filters on the view, causing the pipeline to look or appear differently. If it doesn't appear in that drop down, it might be a permissions setting unless you are set up as a Super Admin.
