The email address being used for my Hubspot login is no longer accessible as it is inactive. I can't log into hubspot to change it- as it gives me the following message, "we've noticed something different about this log in". Then the code gets sent to an email we don't have access to! I would like to change the log in email to a current one that is active. The Hub ID number: 6399014. Thanks.
@ShelleyKarba there is one more user in this account who should be able to add your new email. I'm a CSM at HubSpot but we don't have permission to create users for privacy reasons, so I recommend you first try to contact this other super admin if you can.
I am having the same issue. I have transferred companies and no longer have access to the email I used to create my account last year. How can I get into my account????
I know that Dylan is one of them- and he won’t receive the email because he has no access to it. Can you tell us who the other email is so I can contact them? I’m worried they won’t reply to this board and we need to access our emails ASAP.
Hi @shelley I'm sorry, I can't disclose information from the portal. I've emailed both users, and I'll direct them to this post if I get a reply. If none of the emails from the users are active, I'm afraid I won't be able to help, I'm sorry.
So we will just lose access to our address list and account if they don't respond back to this forum? Is there someone that we can talk to directly that isn't through a public forum that can help us?
