Can't update the user's name

Hi guys,

I am trying to update the name of the user in the system and I received this message:

Hi @OBetzalel,

 

Have you asked the user to update their name on their own? If the user is in multiple portals, this is a safeguard against you "deciding" how they appear in other portal, I would say.

Hi @OBetzalel,

 

Have you asked the user to update their name on their own? If the user is in multiple portals, this is a safeguard against you "deciding" how they appear in other portal, I would say.
