Can't turn off the "Create a new ticket for new conversations" ...

I've been trying to unlock this but can't seem to find a way Its in my Settings > CRM > Tickets but its locked on "On" and there is no way to make it off. I would like to turn it off so i could have all my conversations with 1 person in the same place. Which is the main reason i came on Hubspot in the first place.

This needs to be edited within the connected channel itself. If you click the link below the togge in your screenshot. This will bring you to the manage your inbox page. From there find the email channel; that is connected > Click Edit > Click the Automation Tab > From there you can turn off the Create tickets setting! 🙂 I hope this helps!
