Can't see menu

SOLVE

Has anyone found a solution for not being able to see the menu anymore. No Marketing or Deals etc. I go to send a marketing email and I don't a marketing tab. I saw it for a quick second on the side then it went away. I have the free version so if I have to pay for a month to get this solved then I will probably export all my contacts just incase this happened again.
