Can't see leads in Hubspot App

We can create leads from the web, but can't from the Hubspot app. We have superadmins who can't even see leads. Guidance on settings that might not be set up correctly?

Could you share a bit more context about how exactly you're creating leads to avoid misunderstandings?

If you're referring to the sales / prospecting workspace, then super admin permissions are not enough – a user needs both a paid sales seat and these permissions to see leads:

Alternatively, super admins can always build custom reports on the leads object – this works without the aforementioned permissions / paid seat.

Thank you so much for this reference, the users do have a sales seat and the setting is turned on but they still can't see leads or generate leads in the app.

@AnniePringle could you please share a screenshot from a user that sees leads vs a screenshot from a user that doesn't? Please pixelate personal information.

Thank you Karsten, I checked with AI and figured out you can only see prospecting leads on the Hubspot app that are your own and can see the entire prospecting leads on the web. Bummer, hope you guys plan to update this.
