Can't find my forwarding address

SOLVE

Hi there,

We are looking for the 'forwarding address' so as to log contacts into the CRM. My colleague couldn't see the "Activities" section in his settings to retrieve his forwarding address.

How can he gain access to this 'Activities' section, or alternatively find his 'forwarding address'?

Thanks!

Can't find my forwarding address

SOLVE

Hi @lydia2,

The forwarding address is the same for all users in your portal. It follows this syntax:

portal_ID@forward.hubspot.com

You can find your portal ID by clicking your user icon in the top right of the HubSpot menu bar:

For example, if my portal ID is 1234567, my forwarding address would be 12334567@foward.hubspot.com.

Best regards!
