Hi, I have numerous accounts listed when I log into the Hubspot 'Accounts Dashboard' - as I had LeadIn running on multiple websites with my one email address as the main contact address for all of them.
I want to remove some of these as I am no longer using Hubspot/Leadin on the site, or because the site no longer exists. However, I cannot find how to delete the accounts, or to remove myself as a user (as I am the only user, it won't let me).
Account Administrators can delete a CRM-only account with the push of a button. This will not be possible if you have HubSpot Sales Professional, HubSpot's Marketing product, or the Reporting Add-on. To do so:
Ensure you are the team admin. User Roles are listed within Manage Users.
Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar.
Within Settings, select Configuration.
Scroll to the Delete your CRM section and click the red Delete your CRM button.
Finally, you will be prompted to enter your HubID in order to confirm you would like to permanently delete the CRM portal.

Can't delete accounts
SOLVE
Accounts should be able to be cancelled and a debt settled lika any normal company. Hubspot is abusing the rules and laws in the EU.
We have asked to cancel on several occasions and always get some **bleep** (sounds like thumb with D) reply which does not solve the problem.
A totally unhelpful support which is just a policy repeating service outsourced to others who have no control over hubspot at all.
Hubspot does not follow any normal policies like other companies and we are wolfing costs from their customers who cannot break loose from the membership fee accumulation trap.
We strongly advise using another CRM.
We will be reporting this problenm to the EU and to 500+ facebook groups that we manage.
Hubspot makes it impossible to delete anaccount if your company ends up in difficulty because customers don¨t pay you,. They create new debts until you pay off. Our debt to them is increasing, against EU law, each month we have no funds to clear and thus remove account. Lawsuit from EU country coming.
