I'm trying to add an email address to my hubspot account. The address is used for login. It is already kind of connected via the outlook add in, but I want to have it connected as an IMAP/SMTP mailbox.
When I try to add the postbox the button 'Connect Inbox' is disabled.
This is what I tried, so far:
- logged out in the outlook connector (no effect)
- tried to connect another inbox (same server) which worked as expected.
I have no clue what is wrong. Any help is appreciated!
Could you specify where you are encountering the issue, could you share a screenshot of where you're getting stuck? Also, what are you seeing under Settings > General > Email? If you can share a screenshot here as well, that would be helpful.
Also, could you confirm that the email address is not yet in use for a conversations inbox (Menu > Conversations > Inbox)
