Can't access my paid account - Unlocking HubSpot Account

I am writing to request your urgent assistance in unlocking iFarmer Limited's HubSpot account. Unfortunately, our account has been locked due to outstanding payment on an invoice.

I understand the importance of timely payments and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. The previous credit card we used to have got invalid, hence we had to update the card. I am currently unable to access the account to clear the outstanding invoice.

Would you be able to kindly guide me through the process of resolving the outstanding payment and unlocking our account as soon as possible? Our daily operations rely heavily on HubSpot, and regaining access is critical for our business continuity.Hubspot issue.pngHUBSPOT ISSUE 2.png

Hey @MayeshaMahbub 

 

To resolve outstanding payments and unlock your HubSpot account due to invoice issues contact HubSpot Support through the "Help" option in your account or email the billing team at billing@hubspot.com.

 

Since Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide  assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screen share if necessary, I'd recommend continuing with the Support help
