I am new to Hubspot. I am having problems setting up. I can't link my emails to my account. I have logged out, cleared cache etc and logged back in, but still having the same problem.
I think it can also be a problem with the current setting-setup. If you're not able to connect your personal mails you can check the person's permissions in "users & teams". There you can select the person and edit permissions to give "personal email access":
But only if it's about personal emails or if it's not already the case.
Check IMAP and SMTP Settings: Ensure that HubSpot has correctly detected your server's IMAP and SMTP settings after you entered your email address and password. Incorrect settings can prevent the connection.
Remove Any Existing Connections: If you have other emails connected in your account, go to Settings > General > Email and remove or uninstall any previous configurations. Then, try setting up the connection again from scratch.
Test Other Emails or Accounts: If possible, try connecting a different email address or testing your email on another HubSpot account. If it works elsewhere, the issue might be specific to your current account settings.
Check Conversation Inbox Connections: Make sure the email you’re trying to connect is not already linked to a conversation inbox. HubSpot doesn’t allow the same email to be connected in multiple places.
If none of these steps work, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support. They can take a closer look at your account and provide a more detailed solution.
