When I last set up test accounts, I was able to do so with a fictional domain. As a company name, you could simply use your first and last name.

PS. Domains that follow the structure of www.firstname-lastname.com, can (depending on the name) quite cheap. My own cost me 1.50€ the first year on one of the main domain registrar pages and ~10€ the years after.
