I'm looking for a CRM tool for my dad. We have gotten a lot of leads recently, roughly 1k+ through FB Ads and have over 3,000 in the database overall. I'm looking for a CRM tool that allows me to have lead info and history and lets me create reports based on fields. Looking for something that is free or has a low monthly fee and is reliable.

Since we're in the HubSpot Community I'll start with the obvious one: HubSpot has a free CRM. HubSpot comes with a report library, the ability to create custom fields (limited in the free CRM) and lets you store up to 1,000,000 contacts.

For example, are there other software solutions that you're planning on integrating with your CRM? Aside from what you mentioned, are there additional functional requirements?
