Bug? HubSpot does not allow me edit settings even though I am a super-admin


Hi everyone,

I use free HubSpot account for my personal needs and have just found that I cannot edit Deals card properties in Settings>Deals>Record customization tab.

HubSpot says "You need to have admin permission to edit this" and I am a super-admin on this site....

Is that a bug? Or am I supposed to "double-confirm" that I am an admin somewhere? What can I do to resolve the situation, in general?

We would need a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise account to customize the deal and ticket board cards.


If you are working on an account with these permissions, can you try clearing your cache/cookies and reloading this page in an incognito tab (Chrome)?
