Being asked to re-login to Hubspot account despite set at 14 day inactivity interval

Hi,

 

Our account settings are asking users to re-login despite the inactivity timeout/reauthenticate user settings being set as 14 days.

 

Are there multiple locations for such a setting? (eg global & user/group level)

 

Not all users are experiencing the issue, and when the issue does present it is also not for all users.

 I am also experiencing thisissue. I have to login every day despite checking remember me and not clearing history

Now happening daily for me as well.

 

Getting really annoying

No, there are no browser settings or extensions.  Cookies enabled.

 

If something changes, eg a new login by the user is detected then yes I agree.  But as 2FA is enabled, this is not the cause and should already be sufficient to protect data.

The interval or prompt is also dependent of browser and device settings. How often do those users have to re-login?

It is seemly random.

 

I have had to log back in twice today, another user is having to do daily, others anywhere up to the inactivity setting limit (14 days).

 

It's inconsistent, so having issues pinpointing if a global or user/group level setting causing this for us

Hi @SHawking,

 

Have these users checked their browser cache/cookie settings? Do they have any privacy related extensions?

 

(Personally, I think that even two logins per day are acceptable, if any mechanism involved thinks it's necessary. I'd rather have a user have to login a few times more than needed than CRM data be compromised.)
