The dropdown menu doesn't open based on your documentation below. The menu button simply doesn't work to show the dropdown menu to switch accounts.
Even in incognito window or after clearing cache it does not work. This is a problem with your web app.
I would advise your development team as soon as possible.

So with your email address, are you the users in many accounts?
This dropdown will appear only if you are te users in various HubSpot accounts.
