Hi, one of my colleagues received a HubSpot notification saying he'd been assigned 3 leads. I'm not sure what's triggered this. Is it linked to the prospecting workspace? Can we turn off automatic lead assignment?
Hey @LBennett7 if you navigate to your lead within HubSpot and click "actions" "view all properties" then search for the owner property, you can hover over this and click "details" and HubSpot will show you how the lead was assigned to that owner:

Hey @LBennett7 the owner field is a default HubSpot field, it should he "HubSpot owner" or "hs_owner". It's what HubSpot uses to assign a record to someone. It comes with every HubSpot portal and is impossible to delete, so I'm honestly not sure how your portal doesn't have this field.
What field do you use to assign a lead to someone?
